Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of axiomtutoring.co.uk and any tuition arranged through Axiom Tutoring Ltd ("Axiom", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our tutors you agree to these terms.

Our service

Axiom is a private tutoring agency that introduces students to independent tutors and supports the arrangement of one-to-one tuition. Tutors are engaged on the basis discussed at consultation; specific scope, timing and materials are agreed between the tutor, the student and, where relevant, the paying party.

Fees and VAT

All fees displayed on the site are hourly rates and are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable. Payment terms, cancellation notice and rescheduling arrangements are confirmed in writing before tuition begins.

First-session guarantee

Payment for the first session is only required if you wish to continue with the tutor after that session. This applies to the initial arrangement only.

Use of the site

Content on this site — including text, imagery, course materials and video — is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute or use it to train models without our written consent.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure the site and our service are accurate and reliable. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
